Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Lobster
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). If you haven't already, steam or boil the lobster tails until the meat is just cooked through. Remove the meat from the shells and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Make the Sauce
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped shallots and garlic; sauté until softened, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in the flour and cook for another minute. Gradually whisk in the white wine, then the heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and let the sauce thicken slightly.
- 3
Combine Ingredients
Stir in the Dijon mustard, grated Gruyère cheese, paprika, and the chopped lobster meat into the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well until everything is combined.
- 4
Fill the Shells
Spoon the lobster mixture back into the lobster shells. Place them on a baking sheet.
- 5
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and bubbly.
- 6
Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
