Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lamb Chops

Season the lamb chops with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Lamb Chops

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting time to your preferred level of doneness.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Lobster Tail

While the lamb is cooking, prepare the lobster tail by cutting it down the middle and gently pulling the meat out slightly. Brush with melted butter and season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Cook the Lobster Tail

Place the lobster tail on the grill or in a broiler, shell side down. Cook for about 6-8 minutes or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the grilled lamb chops alongside the lobster tail. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the lobster for added flavor.
