Preparation

  1. 1

    Wash and Prepare the Fruits

Rinse strawberries, blueberries, and grapes under cold water. Pat dry with a clean towel. Remove the stems from strawberries and slice them into halves. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Cut Pineapple and Kiwi

Using a sharp knife, peel the pineapple and cut it into small, bite-sized cubes. Peel the kiwi and slice it into rounds. Set both aside.

  3. 3

    Slice the Banana

Peel the banana and slice it into rounds. Set aside to prevent browning.

  4. 4

    Combine the Fruits

In a large mixing bowl, add the prepared strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, kiwi, banana, and grapes. Gently toss together to combine all the fruits.

Serving

  1. 5

    Portion the Fruit Cup

Using a ladle or serving spoon, portion the mixed fruits into individual serving cups or bowls.

  2. 6

    Garnish

Top each fruit cup with a few mint leaves for garnish. Serve immediately for the freshest taste.
