Cake Preparation

Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Mix Wet Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk together until well combined.

Combine Mixtures
Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, stirring continuously until fully incorporated.

Bake the Cake
Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set. Allow to cool completely.

Prepare Crust
In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted unsalted butter, and granulated sugar until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the springform pan before pouring in the cake batter.
Bananas Foster Glaze Preparation

Make the Glaze
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Carefully add the banana liqueur and sliced ripe bananas, cooking until the bananas are soft and the mixture is bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

Once the cake has cooled, drizzle the bananas foster glaze over the top. Serve slices with fresh raspberries and a dollop of whipped cream.
