Prepare the Cucumbers
In a large bowl, combine the thinly sliced cucumbers and sea salt. Let them sit for 1 hour to draw out moisture. Rinse and drain well.

Combine and Cool
Add the cucumbers to the boiling pickling liquid. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
Assemble the Farmhouse Burger

Add Herbed Butter
In the final minute of cooking, place the herbed butter on top of the beef patty and allow it to melt.

Prepare the Vegetables
Slice the vine-ripe tomato into thick slices. Rinse and pat dry the green leaf lettuce.

Assemble the Burger
On a plate, place the cooked beef patty with melted herbed butter on a bun or plate. Spread the garlic aioli on the top half of the bun, layer on the sliced tomato, green leaf lettuce, and a generous portion of the house-made bread & butter pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.

Serve
Serve the Farmhouse burger immediately with your favorite side dishes.
