Method
Burger Patty Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Patty Mix
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until well combined.
- 2
Form the Patties
Divide the beef mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 3/4 inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to help it cook evenly.

Burger Assembly
- 4
Prepare the Buns
Slice the burger buns in half and lightly toast them on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
- 5
Fries Preparation
- 6
Prepare the Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin strips to resemble fries.
- 7
Season the Fries
In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, and paprika until evenly coated.
- 8
Bake the Fries
Spread the seasoned fries onto a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
