Base Ingredients

Method

Omelette Preparation

  1. 1

    Whisk the Eggs

In a mixing bowl, crack 4 eggs and add 2 tablespoons of milk, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of pepper. Whisk together until well blended.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Toppings

Chop the onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Slice the mushrooms and dice the ham. Cook the bacon and sausage, then crumble them.

  3. 3

    Cook the Omelette

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook undisturbed until the edges start to set (about 2-3 minutes).

  4. 4

    Add Toppings

Once the edges of the omelette are set, add your desired toppings (cheese, onions, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, ham, bacon, or sausage) onto one half of the omelette.

  5. 5

    Fold and Finish Cooking

Carefully fold the other half of the omelette over the toppings. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the omelette is cooked through.

Toast and Home Fries

  1. 6

    Prepare the Home Fries

Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.

  2. 7

    Toast the Bread

While the home fries are cooking, toast the slices of bread in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.
