Method

Fruit Base

  1. 1

    Prepare fruit

Peel and dice the mango, scoop and halve the avocado, and break the banana into chunks. Measure so you have about 1 cup mango, 1/2 cup avocado, and 1 cup banana for a balanced texture and flavor.

Liquid & Sweetener

  1. 2

    Combine in blender

Place the diced mango, avocado, and banana into a high-speed blender. Add 1 cup cold water, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, and 1 teaspoon honey or agave. The lime brightens the flavor and the sweetener balances acidity and bitterness from the avocado if needed.

  2. 3

    Add optional enhancers

If using, add 1/2 teaspoon finely grated ginger and a 1/4 teaspoon pinch of sea salt to enhance depth and balance sweetness.

Blending & Finishing

  1. 4

Add 1 cup ice cubes to the blender if you want a chilled, frothy juice. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides once if needed, then blend again to incorporate.

  2. 5

Taste and adjust: if the juice is too thick, add 2–4 tablespoons more cold water and blend briefly until you reach desired consistency. If it needs more brightness, add an additional 1/2 tablespoon lime juice; if it needs sweetness, add another 1/2 teaspoon honey or agave.

  3. 6

Straining (optional): for an ultra-smooth juice, pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, using a spatula to press the pulp through. This will remove any fibrous bits but will reduce thickness.

  4. 7

Serve: pour into glasses, garnish each with a mint leaf if desired, and serve immediately chilled.
