Method

Cooking Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil the Pasta

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and the pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Preparing Vegetables

  1. 2

    Chop the Vegetables

While the pasta is cooking, wash and chop the zucchini, bell pepper, and carrot into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes and cut the broccoli into small florets.

Making the Sauce

  1. 3

    Sauté the Garlic

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

  2. 4

    Add the Vegetables

Add the chopped zucchini, bell pepper, carrot, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 5

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss everything together to combine well. Remove from heat.

  2. 6

    Finish with Cheese and Basil

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil over the pasta mixture. Toss again until the cheese is melted and the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve the Pasta Primavera

Plate the pasta primavera and serve immediately. Enjoy your vibrant, flavorful dish!
