Prepare Salad Base

    Chop the Lettuce

    Wash and dry the lettuce. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

    Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and chop them into small cubes. Add them to the bowl with the chopped lettuce.

Add Meats and Cheese

    Slice the Provolone

    Cut the provolone cheese into small cubes or strips and add to the salad bowl.

    Slice the salami, capicola, and prosciuttini into small pieces and add them to the salad bowl.

Add Vegetables

    Drain the black olives if they are canned, slice them in half if desired, and add to the salad.
