Coleslaw Preparation

Thinly slice the green cabbage and grate the carrot. Combine them in a mixing bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot mixture, tossing until everything is well coated. Set aside to let the flavors meld.

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix the ketchup, mayonnaise, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika until well combined. Set aside.
Sandwich Assembly

Heat the Pastrami
In a skillet over medium heat, warm the pastrami until heated through, about 3-4 minutes.

On one slice of rye bread, layer the warm pastrami, followed by the Swiss cheese. Top with a generous scoop of coleslaw and drizzle with Russian dressing. Place the second slice of rye bread on top.
