Meat Preparation
- 1
Cook the Wagyu Beef
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Season the American Wagyu beef with salt and pepper to taste. Place it on a roasting rack in a baking dish and roast for about 1.5 to 2 hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing thinly.
- 2
Prepare the Turkey
If you are using pre-cooked hand-pulled turkey, simply warm it up in the microwave or on a stovetop for a few minutes until heated through. If you want to season it, add a pinch of salt and pepper.

Sandwich Assembly
- 4
Prepare the Vegetables
Wash the lettuce and pat it dry. Slice the tomatoes and onions thinly.
- 5
Assemble the Sandwich
On a slice of toasted club bread, spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Layer with a handful of lettuce, followed by a slice of provolone cheese, a portion of hand-pulled turkey, slices of Wagyu beef, and two slices of crispy bacon. Top with tomato and onion slices, then spread another tablespoon of mayonnaise on the second slice of toasted bread and place it on top. Repeat the process for the remaining sandwiches.

Serve
Cut the sandwiches in half diagonally and serve immediately with chips or a side salad.
