Rhino Ribs

New York Striploin

Buffalo Wings

Method

Prepare Rhino Ribs

  1. 1

    Season Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the St. Louis-style ribs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Place them on a baking sheet lined with foil.

  2. 2

    Cook Ribs

Cover the ribs with foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until they are tender. Remove the foil and brush BBQ sauce on both sides. Bake for an additional 30 minutes until the sauce is caramelized.

Cook New York Striploin

  1. 3

    Season Steak

While the ribs are cooking, season the New York striploin with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. 4

    Sear Steak

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the striploin and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Prepare Buffalo Wings

  1. 5

    Cook Wings

In a large pot of boiling water, add the chicken wings and boil for 15 minutes. Drain and let them cool.

  2. 6

    Fry Wings

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot. Fry the wings in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 8-10 minutes.

  3. 7

    Toss in Sauce

In a bowl, mix melted butter with buffalo sauce. Toss the fried wings in the sauce until well coated.
