Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, BBQ sauce, and taco seasoning. Mix well until fully combined.

Fill the Tortillas
Place a small amount of the chicken mixture on each tortilla and roll them tightly. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.

Frying Option
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the taquitos until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Baking Option
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place taquitos on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spray with cooking oil and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve the taquitos hot with sour cream and salsa on the side. Accompany with home fries or salad.
