Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Benchmark Bourbon, 3 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 1 tbsp of Honeysmith Bees honey.

Add Ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes (about 1 cup) and shake well until the mixture is chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.

Garnish
Garnish with a lemon slice on the rim of the glass.
