Classic Old Fashioned

Benchmark bourbon, freshly squeezed lemon juice and Honeysmith Bees honey (local to Odenton, MD)

Tinkerman’s Gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, orgeat and a dash of angostura bitters

Army & Navy

Wash and chop the fresh fruit into small pieces. If using herbs, wash and roughly chop them.

Prepare the Ingredients

In a blender, combine the chopped fresh fruit, premium vodka or rum, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and fresh herbs. Add the ice.

Blend the Cocktail

Blend the mixture until it reaches a slushie consistency. If too thick, you can add a little more fresh lime juice or a splash of water.

Blend Until Smooth

Pour the slushie cocktail into a chilled glass. Garnish with a sprig of fresh herb or a slice of fruit if desired.

Fresh fruit (e.g., strawberries, peaches, or mangoes)

Start by chilling an old fashioned glass with ice. Set aside.

Prepare the Glass

In a mixing glass, combine the demerara sugar, orange bitters, and Angostura bitters. Add a splash of water to dissolve the sugar.

Mix the Ingredients

Pour in the rye whiskey and fill the mixing glass with ice. Stir well until chilled.

Add the Rye

Remove the ice from the chilled glass and strain the mixed cocktail into the glass.

Strain and Serve

Light a cinnamon stick and hold it over the cocktail glass to infuse smoke into the drink. Cover the glass with a coaster to trap the smoke for a few seconds.

Smoke the Cocktail

Garnish with a Luxardo cherry and an orange peel. Express the oils from the orange peel over the drink before placing it in the glass.

In a sturdy glass or julep cup, muddle the fresh mint leaves and granulated sugar together. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently press the mint leaves to release their oils, combining them with the sugar.

Muddle the Mint

Add a tablespoon of water to the glass and stir gently to dissolve the sugar completely.

Add Water

Fill the glass with crushed ice, packing it tightly.

Add Ice

Pour the Elijah Craig small batch bourbon over the ice, allowing it to mix with the mint and sugar.

Pour the Bourbon

Add a few more mint leaves on top for garnish. Serve with a straw and enjoy your refreshing Mint Julep!

In a large pitcher, combine the light rum, dark rum, passion fruit puree, grenadine, pineapple juice, and orange juice.

Mixing the Punch

Add ice to the pitcher and stir gently to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.

Chill and Stir

Pour the Naptown Punch into glasses filled with ice and garnish with fresh fruit slices or cherries as desired.

In a shaker, combine Wheatley vodka, freshly squeezed orange juice, and grapefruit juice. Shake well.

Mix the Base

Pour the mixture over the ice-filled glass.

Rim a chilled cocktail glass with salt by running a lime wedge around the rim and then dipping it into salt.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Corazon silver tequila, freshly squeezed lime juice, triple sec, and pure agave nectar.

Mix Ingredients

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Shake It Up

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice (optional) and garnish with a lime wedge.

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh raspberries, basil leaves, and sugar until the raspberries are broken down and the sugar is dissolved.

Muddle the Ingredients

Add the Benchmark Bourbon and lime juice to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Add Bourbon and Lime Juice

Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and gently stir to combine.

Garnish with a few whole raspberries and a sprig of basil. Serve immediately.

In an Old Fashioned glass, add the simple syrup and Angostura bitters. Stir until combined.

Mixing the Ingredients

Pour in the bourbon over the mixture and stir gently to combine.

Add ice cubes to the glass. You can use one large ice cube for slower dilution.

Express the oils from the orange peel over the drink and drop it in as garnish.

In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Benchmark Bourbon, 3 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 1 tbsp of Honeysmith Bees honey.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes (about 1 cup) and shake well until the mixture is chilled.

Garnish with a lemon slice on the rim of the glass.
