Preparation Steps

   Juicing the Lemons

   Juice the fresh lemons until you have about 1 cup of lemon juice. Strain to remove seeds and pulp.

   Making Simple Syrup

   In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved. Allow to cool.

   Mixing the Drink

   In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice, simple syrup, and the remaining 3 cups of water. Stir well.

   Adding Sparkle

   Gently stir in the sparkling water to add fizziness.
