Prepare the Blueberry Mixture
In a blender, combine fresh blueberries and lemonade. Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove skins.

In a copper mug, add ice cubes, followed by the blueberry mixture, vodka, and fresh lemon juice. Stir gently to combine.

Pour ginger beer over the mixture and stir lightly. Adjust sweetness with additional lemonade if desired.
