Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Crispy Mashed Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks. Boil in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.

  2. 2

    Mash the Potatoes

Add cream cheese, sour cream, and cheddar cheese to the potatoes. Mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Lobster

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and add minced garlic. Place the lobster tail flesh side down and cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip and baste with remaining butter. Transfer to the oven and bake for 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Cook the Steak

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the sirloin with salt and pepper. Sear for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from heat and let rest.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Seasonal Vegetables

Steam or sauté the seasonal vegetables until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. 6

    Plate the Dish

On a plate, serve the crispy mashed potatoes, topped with the sirloin steak. Place the lobster tail beside the steak and arrange the seasonal vegetables around the plate. Garnish with fresh parsley.
