Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Prepare the Truffle Beurre Blanc Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 stick of butter. Add finely chopped shallots and sauté until translucent. Pour in white wine and simmer until reduced by half. Stir in heavy cream and cook until thickened. Add truffle oil and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Keep warm.

  2. 2

    Grill the Steak

Season the sirloin steak with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  3. 3

    Cook the Ravioli

In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the fresh ravioli according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  4. 4

    Sauté the Prawns

In the same pan used for the steak, add a little more olive oil if needed and sauté the prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Season with salt and black pepper.

  5. 5

    Plate the Dish

On a serving platter, arrange the sliced grilled sirloin, sautéed prawns, and cooked ravioli. Drizzle the truffle beurre blanc sauce generously over the top. Finish with a sprinkle of Grana Padano cheese and crispy onions.
