Chicken Filling

Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground chicken. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.

Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Mix in Sauces
Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil. Stir to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Finish with Peanuts
Remove from heat and mix in the chopped green onions and peanuts. Set aside.
Crispy Wontons

Fry the Wontons
Once the oil is hot, carefully add the wonton wrappers in batches. Fry until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Spicy Aioli

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lime juice until well combined. Adjust the spice level to taste.

Make the Glaze
In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
