Method

Chicken Filling

  1. 1

    Cook the Chicken

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground chicken. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add Aromatics

Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Mix in Sauces

Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil. Stir to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Finish with Peanuts

Remove from heat and mix in the chopped green onions and peanuts. Set aside.

Crispy Wontons

  1. 5

    Prepare the Oil

In a deep skillet or wok, heat the oil over medium-high heat.

  2. 6

    Fry the Wontons

Once the oil is hot, carefully add the wonton wrappers in batches. Fry until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Spicy Aioli

  1. 7

    Combine Ingredients

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lime juice until well combined. Adjust the spice level to taste.

Sweet Soy Ginger Glaze

  1. 8

    Make the Glaze

In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
