1. Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Makers Mark Bourbon, 1 oz of peach puree, 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice.
2. Shake
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
3. Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnishing
4. Prepare the Peach Slice
Take a fresh peach slice and place it on top of the cocktail.
5. Brulee the Sugar
Sprinkle 1 tsp of brown sugar over the peach slice. Using a kitchen torch, carefully brulee the sugar until it caramelizes.
6. Add Mint
Garnish the cocktail with 2 mint leaves for an aromatic touch.
