Cook the Ravioli
Bring 4 cups of salted water to a boil in a large pot. Add the fresh cheese ravioli and cook according to package instructions, usually about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Make the Sauce
In a saucepan, melt 1/4 cup of butter over medium heat. Add minced shallots and sauté until translucent. Pour in the white wine and simmer until reduced by half. Gradually whisk in the remaining butter until melted and incorporated. Stir in truffle oil, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Plate the Dish
On a serving platter, arrange the sliced grilled steak, cooked ravioli, and sautéed prawns. Drizzle with truffle beurre blanc sauce and top with crispy onions. Finish with a generous sprinkle of grated Grana Padano cheese.
