Preparation

1

Prepare the Tofu

Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into small cubes. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of oil. Sauté the tofu until golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.

2

Make the Sweet Soy Ginger Glaze

In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced ginger, and rice vinegar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. Pour over the sautéed tofu and stir to coat.

3

Prepare the Wontons

In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed. Fry the wonton wrappers until crispy, about 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

4

Make the Spicy Aioli

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Sriracha, minced garlic, and lemon juice until well combined.

Assembly

5

Assemble the Wraps

To serve, take a lettuce leaf and fill it with a spoonful of the glazed tofu. Top with crispy wontons, chopped peanuts, and green onions. Drizzle with spicy aioli before serving.
