Method

Preparing the Steak

1

Grill the Sirloin

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the CAB sirloin with salt and black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Cooking the Ravioli

2

Boil the Ravioli

In a large pot, bring 4 cups of salted water to a boil. Add the fresh cheese ravioli and cook according to package instructions, usually about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Preparing the Prawns

3

Sauté the Prawns

In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add prawns and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink. Stir in lemon juice and remove from heat.

Making the Truffle Beurre Sauce

4

Prepare the Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the truffle oil, followed by the grated Grana Padano cheese. Mix until combined and smooth. Add chopped parsley and remove from heat.

Assembly

5

Combine and Serve

On a plate, place a serving of ravioli, top with sliced grilled sirloin, sautéed prawns, and drizzle with truffle beurre sauce. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
