Prepare the Chicken
In a pan over medium heat, add the diced chicken breast. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, minced ginger, and honey. Pour this mixture over the chicken and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the chicken is well coated and the glaze has thickened slightly.

In a separate pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add wonton wrappers and fry until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Take a lettuce leaf and fill it with the glazed chicken, chopped peanuts, and crispy wontons. Drizzle with spicy aioli.
