1. Prepare the Lobster

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the whole lobster and cook for about 8-10 minutes until the shell turns bright red. Remove the lobster and let it cool. Once cool, remove the meat from the shell and chop it into bite-sized pieces.

2. Cook the Prawns

In the same pot, add the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove and set aside.

3. Sauté the Aromatics

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add finely chopped shallots and sauté until translucent. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes.

4. Add Tomatoes and Seafood

Add cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to soften. Stir in the lobster meat and prawns; season with salt and black pepper.

5. Cook the Spaghetti

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in a separate pot according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.

6. Combine Everything

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the seafood mixture. Toss everything together, adding reserved pasta water as needed to create a sauce. Finish with lemon juice and chopped parsley.

7. Serve

Plate the lobster spaghetti and garnish with additional parsley and a sprinkle of black pepper. Serve immediately.
