Prepare the Peach
Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over fresh peach slices and use a kitchen torch to brulee the sugar until caramelized. Set aside.

Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine Makers Mark Bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and peach bitters. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.

Strain the mixture into a chilled glass. Garnish with the bruleed peach slices and mint leaves.
