Hot Wings Ingredients
Method
Preparation Directions
- 1
Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings. Place them in a large bowl and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- 2
Bake the Wings
Arrange the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until crispy and cooked through, turning halfway.
- 3
Make the Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add Frank's Hot Sauce and stir well to combine. Keep warm.
- 4
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
- 5
Serve
Serve the hot wings immediately with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side.
