Prepare the Ingredients
Start by preparing all the seafood. Rinse the snow crab, lobster claws, shrimp, and mussels under cold water. Set aside. Slice the sausage into bite-sized pieces, and prepare the corn by cutting it into halves. Halve the red potatoes.

Add the Sausage and Seafood
After the potatoes and corn have cooked, add the sausage to the pot and cook for 3 minutes. Then, add the snow crab, lobster claws, shrimp, and mussels. Sprinkle in the Cajun seasoning and stir gently to combine.

Simmer
Allow the pot to simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the seafood is cooked through and the mussels have opened.
Serving

Plate the Dish
Carefully scoop out the seafood and vegetables from the pot using a slotted spoon. Arrange them on a large serving platter. Cut the hardboiled eggs in halves and add them to the platter.

Garnish with lemon wedges. Serve hot and enjoy your Cajun feast!
