Preparation
Mixing the Base
In a shaker, add 1 oz of Bacardi Limón Rum, 0.5 oz of Don Q 151 Rum, and 1 oz of Absolut Vodka. Shake well to combine the spirits.
Adding Color and Flavor
Next, add 0.5 oz of DeKuyper Blue Curaçao and 2 oz of sweet & sour mix to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
Creating the Shark Bite Effect
Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice. Slowly pour 0.5 oz of grenadine into the glass. It will settle at the bottom, creating a gradient effect resembling a 'shark bite'.
