Prepare the Crust
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar. Melt the unsalted butter and pour it into the bowl, mixing until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan.

Bake the Crust
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool while you prepare the filling.

Pour the filling into the cooled graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
- 5
Bake the Pie
Bake the pie in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes, or until the filling is set. Remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours to fully set.

Prepare the Topping
In a chilled mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add in the powdered sugar while continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
