Method

Crust Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Crust

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the crumbs are well-coated with butter and the mixture resembles wet sand.

  2. 2

    Bake the Crust

Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

Filling Preparation

  1. 3

    Make the Filling

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the key lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, and egg yolks until smooth and fully combined.

  2. 4

    Pour Filling into Crust

Once the crust has cooled, pour the key lime filling into the prepared crust, spreading it evenly.

  3. 5

    Bake the Filling

Return the pie to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes. The filling should be set but still slightly jiggly in the center. Remove from oven and let it cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.

Assembly

  1. 6

    Prepare the Toppings

Once the pie is chilled, spread the whipped topping evenly over the cooled key lime filling. Arrange fresh mixed berries on top of the whipped topping.

  2. 7

    Drizzle with Mango Puree

Drizzle mango puree over the berries and whipped topping as a finishing touch.

  3. 8

    Serve

Slice the pie into wedges and serve chilled. Enjoy your refreshing Key Lime dessert!
