Prepare the Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, cooked crab meat, chopped shrimp, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Mix Well
Using a hand mixer or a spatula, mix the ingredients until creamy and well combined.

Serve
Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.

Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, cooked Italian sausage, and stir until well combined.

Stuff the Jalapeños
Spoon the cheese mixture into each jalapeño half, filling them generously.

Fry the Balls
In a deep frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Fry the coated jalapeños until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
Crispy Calamari

Prepare the Coating
In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.

Coat the Calamari
Dredge the calamari rings in the flour mixture until evenly coated.

Fry the Calamari
In a deep frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Fry the calamari in batches until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towels.

Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
