Prepare the Glass
If desired, rim the glass with salt. To do this, run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass, then dip the rim into a plate of salt to coat it evenly.

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the Jose Cuervo Especial Gold Tequila, DeKuyper Blue Curaçao, Bols Melon Liqueur, pineapple juice, and sweet & sour mix.

Add Ice
Fill the shaker with ice, covering the liquid mixture.

Shake Well
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Pour
Using a strainer, pour the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.

Garnish
Garnish the drink with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
