Seafood Balls

Prepare the Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, chopped shrimp, softened cream cheese, diced jalapeños, and chopped green onions.

Season the Mixture
Add garlic powder, black pepper, and salt to the seafood mixture. Mix until well combined.

Form the Balls
Using your hands, take a small portion of the mixture and form it into a ball about 1 inch in diameter. Repeat until all the mixture is used.

Coat the Balls
Dip each ball into the beaten egg, then roll it in the breadcrumbs until fully coated.

Heat the Oil
In a deep pot or fryer, heat the oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Balls
Carefully add a few balls at a time to the hot oil. Fry for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and place on paper towels to drain.

Cook the frozen French fries according to package instructions, either in the oven or fryer until crispy.
