Method

Prepare the Mushrooms

1

Clean the Mushrooms

Gently wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Remove the stems and set them aside.

2

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Make the Seafood Stuffing

3

Mix Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, chopped green onions, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, bread crumbs, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

4

Stuff the Mushrooms

Take the mushroom caps and fill each with the seafood stuffing. Press down gently to ensure the stuffing is packed in.

Add Toppings

5

Top with Cheese and Sauce

Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack cheese over the stuffed mushrooms, then drizzle with Alfredo sauce.

Bake

6

Bake the Mushrooms

Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Prepare Garlic Bread

7

Make Garlic Butter

In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley together.

8

Prepare the Baguette

Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter evenly on both halves.

9

Bake the Garlic Bread

Place the baguette halves on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve

10

Plate and Enjoy

Serve the crab stuffed mushrooms hot, alongside the garlic bread.
