Cooking Pasta
- 1
Boil the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, add linguine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the Sauce

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they are browned, about 5 minutes.
- 3
Add Spinach and Tomatoes
Stir in fresh spinach and halved cherry tomatoes. Cook until spinach is wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- 4
Deglaze with White Wine
Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes, allowing the alcohol to cook off.
- 5
Make the Cream Sauce
Reduce the heat to low and add heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.
