Prepare the Shrimp
In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Drain, cool, and chop into bite-sized pieces.

Mix the Cheese
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crab meat, and half of the Monterey Jack cheese. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.

Prepare the Toppings
Dice the tomatoes, slice the jalapeños, and chop the cilantro. Drain and rinse the black beans and roasted corn.
Assembling the Nachos

Layer the Tortilla Chips
Spread a generous layer of tortilla chips on a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter.

Add the Cheese Mixture
Spoon the crab and cream cheese mixture evenly over the chips. Sprinkle the remaining Monterey Jack cheese on top.

Add Shrimp
Distribute the cooked shrimp evenly over the nachos.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the nachos for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove nachos from the oven and top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, roasted corn, black beans, sliced jalapeños, and crumbled Cotija cheese.
