Method
Chicken Preparation
Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized strips and place them in a bowl. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated with the seasonings.
Breading Mixture
Mix Breading Ingredients
In a shallow dish, combine the all-purpose flour, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix well to combine the dry ingredients.
Frying
Heat Oil
In a large skillet or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
Bread the Chicken Dippers
Take each chicken strip, first dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat it thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture. Repeat for all chicken strips.
Fry the Chicken Dippers
Carefully place the coated chicken strips into the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Use a slotted spoon to remove them from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
