- 2
Crispy Fried Shrimp
- 3
Prepare the Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Slowly mix in cold sparkling water until smooth.
- 4
Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Fish
Season the fish fillets with salt and black pepper. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.
- 7
Bread the Fish
Dredge each fish fillet in flour, dip in beaten egg, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
- 8
Fry the Fish
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Fries

Peel and cut the potatoes into fries. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.
- 10
Coleslaw
- 11
Prepare the Veggies
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrot.
- 12
Make the Dressing
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt.
