BBQ Snow Crab

Method

BBQ Snow Crab

  1. 1

    Prepare the Snow Crab

Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add the snow crab legs and cook for about 5-7 minutes until heated through. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Add BBQ Sauce

In a bowl, toss the cooked snow crab legs with BBQ sauce until well coated. Serve with lemon wedges.

Crispy Fried Shrimp

  1. 3

    Prepare the Batter

In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Slowly mix in cold sparkling water until smooth.

  2. 4

    Heat the Oil

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

  3. 5

    Fry the Shrimp

Dip each shrimp into the batter, allowing excess to drip off, then carefully place in hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Fried Fish Fillet

  1. 6

    Prepare the Fish

Season the fish fillets with salt and black pepper. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.

  2. 7

    Bread the Fish

Dredge each fish fillet in flour, dip in beaten egg, and then coat with breadcrumbs.

  3. 8

    Fry the Fish

In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Fries

  1. 9

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and cut the potatoes into fries. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.

  2. 10

    Fry the Fries

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the potatoes in batches until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Season with salt.

Coleslaw

  1. 11

    Prepare the Veggies

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrot.

  2. 12

    Make the Dressing

In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt.

  3. 13

    Combine

Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot mixture. Toss well to combine and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
