Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Tuna

Dice the fresh tuna into small, uniform cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Mix the Dressing

In a separate bowl, combine Kewpie mayonnaise, soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.

  3. 3

    Combine Ingredients

Add the diced tuna to the dressing mixture and gently fold in until the tuna is well coated.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Avocado

Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Dice the avocado into small cubes.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Mango

Peel the mango, slice it off the pit, and dice it into small cubes.

  6. 6

    Chop the Green Onions

Finely chop the green onions and set aside for garnish.

Assembly

  1. 7

    Layer the Ingredients

On a serving plate, create a layer of the tuna tartar mixture in the center.

  2. 8

    Add Avocado and Mango

Gently place the diced avocado and mango around the tuna tartar on the plate.

  3. 9

    Garnish

Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds over the top for garnish.

  4. 10

    Serve with Wonton Chips

Arrange the wonton chips around the tuna tartar on the plate, allowing guests to scoop the tartar with the chips.
