Cooking Steps
- 1
Prepare the Lobster
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lobster tails and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are bright red and cooked through. Remove from the pot and let cool. Once cool, remove the meat from the shells and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Cook the Pasta
In the same pot, cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 3
Make the Cheese Sauce
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the milk and heavy cream, stirring until combined and heated through. Gradually whisk in the Gruyère and cheddar cheeses until melted and smooth. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
- 4
Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked macaroni and lobster meat into the cheese sauce, stirring gently to ensure everything is well-coated.
- 5
Prepare for Baking
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the lobster mac and cheese to a greased baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs and sprinkle with black truffle shavings.
- 6
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbling.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy your lobster mac & cheese!
