Prepare the sausage mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped fresh sage, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar.

Mix the ingredients
Using your hands or a spoon, thoroughly mix all the ingredients until well combined. Be careful not to overwork the meat.

Form sausage links
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a link shape, approximately 3-4 inches long.

Cook the sausage links
Place the sausage links on the griddle and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through to an internal temperature of 160°F.

Serve
Once cooked, remove the sausage links from the griddle and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm.
