Cocktail Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Chill the Glass

Begin by chilling a cocktail glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and letting it sit while you prepare the drink.

  2. 2

    Mix the Ingredients

In a mixing glass, add 2 oz of High West Double Rye, 1 oz of Carpano Antica Vermouth, 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters, and 2 dashes of Orange Bitters.

  3. 3

    Add Ice

Fill the mixing glass with ice, approximately 1 cup, to ensure the drink is properly chilled.

  4. 4

    Stir the Mixture

Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

  5. 5

    Strain into Glass

Discard the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass and strain the mixed cocktail into the glass.

  6. 6

    Garnish

Garnish the drink with a Starlino Cherry by placing it on a skewer or directly dropping it into the glass.

  7. 7

    Serve

Your Second Interview cocktail is now ready to be served. Enjoy responsibly!
