Cold Brew Coffee
Spiced Seedlip Syrup
Tonic Water
Garnish (optional)
Method
Prepare Cold Brew Coffee

Mix Coffee and Water
Combine the coarse ground coffee and cold water in a large pitcher or jar.

Steep
Stir well to ensure all coffee grounds are saturated. Cover the pitcher and let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.

Strain Coffee
After steeping, strain the coffee using a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter to remove the grounds.
Prepare Spiced Seedlip Syrup

Mix Sugar and Water
In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar and water.

Dissolve Sugar
Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved. Bring to a simmer.

Add Seedlip
Remove from heat and allow to cool. Once cooled, stir in the Spiced Seedlip.
Assemble the Drink

Add Cold Brew
Fill a glass with ice, then pour in 1/2 cup of cold brew coffee.

Add Syrup
Add 1 oz of the spiced Seedlip syrup to the glass.

Add Tonic
Top with tonic water to fill the glass, and stir gently to combine all ingredients.

Garnish
If desired, garnish with an orange slice and a cinnamon stick.
