Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic cloves, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Coat the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Grilling the Salmon

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. 4

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Seasonal Vegetables

  1. 5

    Chop the Vegetables

While the salmon is marinating, wash and chop the asparagus, bell peppers, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 6

    Season the Vegetables

In a separate bowl, combine the chopped vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.

Grilling the Vegetables

  1. 7

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 8

    Plate the Dish

Once the salmon and vegetables are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve the grilled salmon alongside the seasonal vegetables on a plate.

  2. 9

    Garnish and Enjoy

Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs or lemon slices, and enjoy your grilled salmon with seasonal vegetables!
