Chicken Ramen

Cook the Chicken
In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add chicken breast and simmer for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Remove chicken, shred it, and set aside.

Prepare the Ramen
In the same pot, add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions. Add kikurage and corn during the last 2 minutes of cooking.

Season the Broth
Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil. Return shredded chicken to the pot and mix well.

Serve
Ladle ramen into bowls, top with green onions, and serve hot.
Chashu Rice

Combine with Rice
In a serving bowl, add cooked rice and top with the marinated chashu pork.
Crispy Chicken

Prepare the Chicken
Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.

Fry the Chicken
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Sweet Potato Fries

Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Peel and cut sweet potatoes into fries.

Season and Bake
Toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, and paprika. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.

Serve a fresh orange, a serving of candy, and two scoops of vanilla ice cream to complete the meal.
