Pork Tenderloin

Breaded Option (Optional)

Sandwich Assembly

Method

Preparing the Pork Tenderloin

  1. 1

    Season the Pork

Rub the pork tenderloin with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Ensure the pork is evenly coated with the spices.

  2. 2

    Cook the Pork

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned pork tenderloin and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C), about 15-20 minutes total.

  3. 3

    Rest the Pork

Remove the pork from the skillet and let it rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.

Breaded Option (Optional)

  1. 4

    Prepare the Breading

Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with bread crumbs.

  2. 5

    Bread the Pork

Dredge the seasoned pork tenderloin in flour, shaking off excess. Dip into beaten eggs, then coat with bread crumbs, pressing to adhere.

  3. 6

    Fry the Breaded Pork

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the breaded pork tenderloin and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

Assembling the Sandwich

  1. 7

    Toast the Buns

Lightly toast the brioche buns in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.

  2. 8

    Prepare the Condiments

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted bun.

  3. 9

    Layer the Ingredients

On the bottom bun, layer lettuce, sliced tomato, pickles, and red onion slices. Place the sliced pork on top.

  4. 10

    Complete the Sandwich

Top with the other half of the toasted bun and serve immediately.
