Cooking the Fries

Prepare the Fries
Preheat your oven according to the package instructions for the frozen French fries. Spread the fries evenly on a baking sheet and drizzle with vegetable oil.

Sprinkle the fries with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss them to ensure even coating.

Bake the fries in the preheated oven for the time recommended on the package until they are golden brown and crispy, usually about 20-25 minutes.
Assembling the Loaded Fries

Add Cheese and Bacon
Once the fries are done baking, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese evenly over the hot fries. Follow with the chopped bacon.

Return the loaded fries to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
